St Mary's Church Hall
St Marys Church Hall is a community-based centre offering after-school programmes, holiday clubs, nursery care and child development.
Following a fire risk assessment, LKS worked directly with the church to come up with a solution for all internal fire doors to meet a higher level of compliance.
Our Role
All project work was managed by LKS in partnership with Contech Construction. Existing fire doors were removed with bespoke FD30 doors installed with compliant ironmongery. We installed a bespoke master key system from our partner, Abus, to meet their needs.
Some bespoke fire door sets were installed with high-level bespoke fire glazing panels to maintain an open and light-feeling room, at the same time, meeting a good level of fire rating to meet all safety requirements.
