The personal date we collect about you will depend on the products and services you are using. We will hold information on you for as long as you hold a credit account with 1st Call Lock and Key Shop Limited, or as long as needed for us to provide the relevant goods and services to you. 

For credit accounts, we will obtain: Name(s); Company, Billing and Delivery Address(es); Email Address(es); of Directors; Bank Accounts Name; Address; Amount Number and Sort Code. 

We may change the privacy policy from time to time, this is to reflect how we are processing your information.
