Premier court

Premier Court is retirement housing based in South Birmingham within the Birmingham City Council authority district. The development was built in 1990. 

We worked directly with the managing agent on this project and handled every aspect of the work. We surveyed the building to assess any areas that needed improvement following a fire risk assessment. We removed each internal front door and installed FD30s with compliant ironmongery. This included a bespoke master key system from our partner Abus for 38 flats. 

Our Role

Each step of the construction project was managed by us here are LKS. All 38 doors were installed to our bespoke schedule with a fire risk assessment carried out after the commission process. All rubbish was cleared from the site along with tenant meetings to take on any concerns from residents throughout the installation process. 

The managing agent was left with certifications for all hardware installed and an updated fire risk assessment showing all areas of improvement.
