HMO Door Thumbturn Lock Kit - Option 5

Handles are supplied with bolt through fixing option. This is great for added protection against wear and tear and pulling the handles from the door. 

All products in our HMO door lock kits are FD30/60 suitable for fire door applications. 

This pack contains:
1 x Heavy duty euro sashlock & frame keep satin finish
1 x Pair Lever on rose in satin stainless - c/w Bolt fixing
2 x Euro escutcheon in satin stainless
3 x Grade 13 fire rated hinges 

1 x Size 3 overhead door closer

1 x Fire door keep shut sign
1 x Euro 70mm thumbturn in satin (62mm when master-keyed)
3 x Euro 70mm thumbturn keys

Intumescent accessories include fire sheets for the lock case and hinges. This is not the seal that runs around the door. 

**  Masterkeyed cylinders will be supplied 2 keys per bedroom and 3 masterkeys total per order **

Ideal for multiple lock use applications, master-key systems are a perfect way to control key use and efficiency. Commonly seen in our HMO (House of multiple occupancy) system's, the landlord will have the masterkey, while a room user (usually student etc) will only have access to given locks i.e bedroom, front door/back door etc.
