HMO Door Thumbturn Lock Kit - Option 4

HMO(House Of Multiple Occupancy) Thumbturn Door Lock Kit. 

Each kit is supplied to take the hastle out of trying to find the individual items that work together for a HMO or Multiple Occupancy living situation. Supplied with a thumbturn on the inside and a key on the outside. 

All products in our HMO door lock kits are FD30/60 suitable for fire door applications.

Heavy duty euro sashlock & frame keep satin finish x 1
Lever on rose handles satin stainless x 1
Euro escutcheon covers satin stainless x 2
Euro 70mm thumbturn in satin x 1 (62mm when master-keyed)
Euro 70mm thumbturn keys x 3

**  Masterkeyed cylinders will be supplied 2 keys per bedroom and 3 masterkeys total per order **

Please note - Thumbturn styles on the cylinder key barrel may very slightly as to the image shown. The handle style will always remain the same. Individual product brands may also change but the product function and quality will always remain the same. 

** All ironmongery installed on a fire door must be fitted without compromising the integrity of the complete fire door assembly. This is of particular importance where ironmongery is rebated into the doorset such as hinges, locks, latches and concealed door closers. Intumescent products to suite can be found here**
