If you have purchased EVVA EPS locks from us in the past you can order additional keys below. Only locks provided by us at the lock and key shop can we provide additional keys for. Also the billing and shipping address MUST match the address we have on our records for the original purchase of the locks. This will also be checked with a phone call from a member of our EVVA team.

If keys are ordered that do NOT start with 618D, the order will be refunded but an admin fee of £3.95 will be applied. This is to find out who the original registry belongs to. We will give you this information so you can order keys from the original registry company. 

• Locks MUST have been purchased from us in the past
• Key codes MUST start with 618D
• Billing and shipping MUST match the original billing and shipping for the locks registered
• Registered names MUST match our records
• We will also call to check records so you MUST provide a contact telephone number

A letter of authorisation may also be requested by our master-key department who will email you if this is needed.

IT IS RECCOMENDED ALL KEYS ARE SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO THE ONES INTENDED FOR USE. ALL SECURITY KEYS ARE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY  WITHOUT AN INVOICE.
