Working directly with the client and closely with the main contractor, LKS designed and supplied a bespoke master key system. This worked alongside fire-rated and commercial-grade locking products and hardware.
"Elliot Apartments compromise of a purpose-built student accommodation scheme, with cluster ensuites. The scheme is located on the doorstep of the University of Birmingham.
LKS provided all ironmongery and created a master key system for the project. They worked alongside the main contractor and professional team and ensured their package was delivered on time and within budget. They were also available to assist with any troubleshooting or minor repairs as required.
