Earlswood

Earlswood

Set amongst the peaceful and scenic countryside to the south of Birmingham Earlswood is a small village that sits between the majestic Earlswood lakes, three man-made reservoirs that supply water to the Stratford-upon-Avon canal which runs for a length of 25.5 miles through the south Midlands. In amongst this pastoral splendour Peter Kelly Groundworks were carrying out a project involving the renovation of one house and the construction of another.

Following a series of successful collaborations with LKS, we were approached by the developer to design and deliver a contemporary ironmongery schedule for their latest project. The brief called for a solution that would seamlessly complement the architectural aesthetic of the building while delivering a high standard of quality and finish throughout.

Our team worked closely with both the client and design stakeholders to ensure every detail—from door hardware to finish selections—aligned with the project’s modern design vision. After reviewing a range of options, we settled on two premium finishes supplied by Heritage Brass: Satin Nickel and Satin Brass. These finishes were carefully chosen to provide both visual contrast and cohesion across different areas of the building, enhancing the overall aesthetic. It was delivered promptly arriving at site the next day after the order.

The result is a refined, cohesive scheme that enhances the user experience while meeting both functional and visual requirements.
